Our relationship with you. We help you make the move into your home comfortably so that you can immediately start enjoying all of the great things our community and our state has to offer. If you are leasing because you are waiting for your previous home to sell, or you are just getting to know the area, we can help you purchase your new home and make a smooth transition into your new property. At North Star we see the big picture for not only our business, but our owners, tenants and properties. We are firm but fair and strive always to earn your respect.

Communication. We are available via phone, fax, email and text as well as through your personal log-in to your account via our web site. Through this you can pay rent, ask questions, make repair requests and more.

How it works. Please scroll through our exclusive properties, if you would like to schedule a viewing feel free to give us a call at 503-636-2232 or email us at info@northstarproperties.com. If you find a home that fits your needs, simply apply with the $50 credit check fee, there is no application fee. Once the necessary credit and reference checks are completed we sign the lease agreement and take a deposit from you, this will hold the property until your move in date and this deposit will be credited back to you upon your move-in.
