We recognize that due to the housing market, the vast majority of our tenants are really home owners who are temporarily leasing while waiting for their home in another market to sell, or are waiting for the local housing market to settle. Because our tenants treat rentals as though they were their own home, our homes are extremely well cared for, the rents are always on time and the rental experience is enjoyable.

We at North Star strive to make the leasing process uncomplicated and respectful to all of those involved. Our screening process is very thorough because we have been trusted with some of the highest valued properties in the Portland market. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable experience to those who lease our homes while protecting the assets of those who own the homes that we lease. The key to this whole process is you, the tenant. We hold ourselves, our properties, our owners and our tenants to the highest level of expectations in the industry. As a tenant operating at this level, we welcome you.

From the initial introduction, to the screening, move-in and ongoing life at our properties, we are with you every step. Our minimum quarterly visits allow you to let us know if there is anything that we can do to make your living experience in the home more enjoyable. We provide you with your own password protected Web portal to make repair requests, view monthly statements and receipts as well as pay your rent directly on-line. Of course we are always available via phone, email, tweet, text, fax, and Facebook. If you have any problems we want to hear about it right away so that we can immediately make the necessary repairs.
